All merchandise in undamaged condition purchased within 30 days is returnable, providing that the unit shows no evidence it has been damaged by shipping, tampered with, subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, improperly installed, or an alteration was made by someone other than NQ Environmental, Inc. A Return Authorization number is required on any products you return to for replacement, return for credit, return for exchange, or repair. Items returned to NQ Environmental, Inc. without a Return Authorization number clearly visible on the box will be rejected by the warehouse. NQ Environmental, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any products received in damaged condition. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! Only products authorized for return will be honored. Please allow at least 45-60 days for the refund credit to show on your credit card account.
NOTE: When returning your filtration product, please ship it UPS or FEDEX ONLY, NOT U.S. POST OFFICE. You must insure the unit for your FULL purchase price plus shipping. If the unit is received damaged, you will be notified that you must file a claim with UPS. NQ Environmental, Inc. cannot issue a credit or refund on returned goods received damaged by a carrier. You must settle the claim with the carrier. Breakage: we package every order with great care so it arrive to our customers in good condition. However, sometimes packages can become damaged in shipment. If you receive a damaged package, contact us immediately! Save the original shipping carton in case an inspection is necessary by the carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE THAT MIGHT OCCUR IN THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE BEING RETURNED TO US. |
